Covid 19 Policy

Due to the risk of Covid-19 we encourage all patients who are feeling sick or experiencing any cold, flu or allergy like symptoms to reschedule their appointments online or to text your practitioner to cancel (phone numbers listed on the contact page of the website). We are more lenient with our cancellation policy of 24 hrs notice at this time.


Please note if you are coming in to receive a treatment, we ask that you remain outside until asked to enter. You will also need to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer upon entry to ensure safety. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided.

Prior to Arrival:

An online Covid-19 consent form will need to be electronically signed prior to your arrival. This will be part of the steps to book online. We require you to be symptom free in order to come into the clinic for an appointment. Any cancellation fees or policies will be waived for flu, cold, or allergy like symptoms free of charge. 


Arriving for your Appointment:

We ask that you wait outside the clinic until you are called to come in. For your safety, along with our staff, we require you to please wear a mask (homemade masks are acceptable) and to sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic. If you do not have a mask, a reusable one will be provided. 

Before treatment, a series of questions will be asked to each client based on the BC self assessment tool provided. 


While in the Clinic:


We require that you wear a mask at all times except when directed by staff. Please come in with only yourself for the appointment as others are not allowed to wait in the reception area. Staff will be disinfecting all surfaces between clients including door handle, counter tops, chairs, windows, POS and faucets.
